Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. ... The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.

Restore

This is a great class for injury prevention and recovery! These classes emphasize floor postures to stretch, open, and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains. Whether you’re a competitive athlete looking to tap in and recover or you're stiff from sitting at a desk all day, this is the class for you!

Hot

Come hydrated and get ready to sweat in our heated practice rooms that’ll leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated. The YogaSix signature set sequence, Y6 Hot combines yoga postures synched with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life. This sequence will leave you feeling perfectly balanced inside and out, from bottom to top.

Power

Power Yoga is a great full body workout that uses your own bodyweight to strengthen. This class implements vigorous, fitness-based workouts in a vinyasa style yoga class. We will move quickly, build heat, and flow our way through a fun and unique sequence where you're sure to break a sweat!

Begginer

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. This class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. This is a great class to ask questions, learn about the use of props, and to learn why this practice is for EVERY BODY and EVERYBODY. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.

Acro

Acroyoga is a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga includes many types of partner and group acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted. As such it also draws on traditions of circus arts, cheer-leading, and dance acro. AcroYoga combines the fitness + play of acrobatics, the healing + movement of therapeutics, and the balance + connection of yoga.

Slow Flow

These classes flow at a slowed-down pace so there’s time to explore individual postures and transitions. Newer students find this builds confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive into deeper focus. You will gently engage, open and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible poses, fluid movement, and breath.

YOGA THERAPY

Among other things, yoga helps ease lower back pain by gently stretching and strengthening the muscles of the lower back and legs and increasing blood circulation, which in turn brings healing nutrients to the injured tissues. In terms of injury prevention, yoga is an excellent way to stretch tired muscles and increase flexibility, focus and balance – all of which contribute to injury prevention in different ways. The additional benefits of the more ‘spiritual' aspects of yoga, like pranayama and meditation, will help athletes perform better during competitions and deal with competitive stress.
